Are You Tired Of Using Products That Promise You The World, Yet Never Make Your Skin Look Any Different?

When I began noticing fine lines and wrinkles at only 28 years of age I began to experiment with anti-ageing skincare products, first from shopping centers and chemists and then high-grade products from my beautician, and then on to medical-grade products from doctors.

I realized that skincare promised a lot, however, delivers very little. Over time I found the combination of treatments that worked for my skin, enabling me to achieve the results I wanted.

My skincare routine has become very simple, due to understanding that using a microcurrent device for only a few minutes a day raises ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) production by as much as 500%, triggering my skin cells into working optimally and create a huge boost in collagen and elastin production. This is something no skincare product, no matter how beautiful or active the ingredients can ever achieve.

The More I Learn About Skin Care The More Annoyed I Become!

There is a lot to consider when creating a serum or moisturiser that will actually work!

There are 5 layers of the skin, and a lot to consider when working to gain adequate penetration and effect on cellular functionality in order to adequately hydrate and improve its overall appearance and condition.

We all see the advertising, the pictures of young, beautifully flawless looking skin accompanied by descriptions of exactly what the skincare product will achieve if you use it, and yet no matter how much money we spend we are unable to find the fountain of youth in a jar or bottle.

If you want proof of this, simply start paying attention to the starlets who endorse skincare products. Are they purely using the products they promote or do they personally use a multitude of treatments such as injectable therapies, surgical procedures and high-grade aesthetic treatments that utilize the powerful effects of technologies that actually do impact the condition and health of the skin? Then ask yourself, if the skincare products they promote worked so well, why would they need to have these kinds of treatments and procedures?

The simple truth is just like when you want to sculpt and tone the body, you have to create specific and controlled damage in order to create the body you want, then combine this with drinking enough water and eating well. After you do an intense workout tiny tears form in the muscles that help them grow bigger and stronger as they heal. Soreness is a sign that there are changes occurring in the muscles, its unavoidable and simply part of the process of gaining a stronger and more sculpted body shape.

It is the same as the treatments I provide. They involve creating a controlled trauma in the skin, sometimes involving a small amount of visual healing time, in others the healing going on within the skin after a treatment is not noticeable, but both involve an investment of time and money to gain the results you want. This is the simple and logical truth yet we all want it to be a lot easier, and this what the skincare companies are counting on!

It Comes  Down To Hydration And Protection

Protecting the skin from the sun is easy, wear a hat when in full sun and regularly apply a good quality sunscreen, (every 2 hours).

Due to my using a microcurrent device daily to raise my ATP levels by up to 500% in just a few minutes, gaining my skin the ultimate in optimal cellular care all I need is to use a good quality Hyaluronic Acid rich gel or serum, this is the only moisturising product I use besides sunscreen.

Drinking enough water and using Hyaluronic Acid gives my skin cells the integral building blocks of hydration needed, so when I trigger them into producing high levels of collagen and elastin growth by raising the ATP levels in my skin with a Microcurrent device they have the materials needed in order to do the work.

 What Is Hyaluronic Acid?

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance in the body that is most abundant in the skin.  Applied topically it is an effective humectant because it is able to hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

When you are looking for the best hyaluronic acid serum or cream available, you will come across numerous brands making diverse scientific claims about their products. In many cases, the products are very similar or even identical. When looking at the ingredients of these kinds of products you will often notice they actually contain only a minimal amount of Hyaluronic Acid, decreasing its effectiveness, and in many cases the other ingredients within skincare products hamper absorption making its inclusion in the product obsolete!

Peeling Away The Layers To Find Out What Actually Works!

When I wanted to provide myself and my clients with the most powerful non-surgical aesthetic treatment possible I had to take apart the treatments I had experienced and find out exactly what the technology was that had provided me with the actual results I had experienced, discard any unnecessary and unneeded part of the treatments.

This way I could combine only the integral key elements that were needed to gain results, and spend my time and money on what would actually provide results, it took many years, time and money to slowly peel away the layers of misinformation and hype in order to find the answers I was looking for, like peeling away the layers of an onion, it takes time and sometimes results in a few tears, but you get there in the end 😉

I applied the same process to figure out the key elements to understanding what was essential in skincare, peeling away the layers of what was not necessary and keeping only what was integral to keeping the skin looking and feeling its best.

If you use a Microcurrent device every day to raise ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) levels by 500% no more can be done in order to trigger rich collagen and elastin growth, and care for the cellular function of the skin. No Retin-A, vitamin C, B, or E skincare product will do for your skin what daily use of a high-grade Microcurrent device can, it’s simple but true. This goes for all medical-grade skincare, no matter how beautiful the ingredients it simply does not compare to what Microcurrent therapy archives in the skin, in as little as 3 minutes of daily use.

So What Kind Of Microcurrent Device Should You Purchase For Daily Use?

We onsell devices we know and trust to our clients and have created extensive instructional resources to show them how to use them effectively as well as providing one on one training. If you are looking to purchase a device you have seen online you can send us an email with a link to the device information and we will happily tell you what we think, this way you can purchase with confidence 🙂

Where Can You Purchase High-Grade Hyaluronic Serum Or Gel Products?

The answer is simple, your local compound chemist.

We use a compound chemist we know and trust to create our own brand of Hyaluronic serum and onsell this to our clients for personal use. We also onsell a more cost-effective product called Hydrate, that absorbs deeply into the skin and works well with the Microcurrent devices we sell.

What Should You Ask For When Having Hyaluronic Serum Created At A Compound Chemist?

Instructions To Give Your Compound Chemist In Order To Create A Pure High-Strength Hyaluronic Acid Serum:

First, off tell your Chemist that you are looking to create a high-grade Hyaluronic Acid rich serum or gel. We find our clients prefer the feel of a serum over a gell.

A 2% Hyaluronic Acid mix will create a serum type product, whereas a 3% mix will create a gel-like product.

Also, be sure to tell them you want to add 4% Glycerin to the mix 🙂

2% Hyaluronic Acid serum is the highest strength serum that is able to be created. Adding in 4% Glycerin gives the mix a silky feel, and will leave the skin feeling smoother, and giving it a dewy fresh look. Creating a Hyaluronic serum without glycerin will leave the skin feeling dry due to the product sinking into the skin effectively, but leaving no residue on the surface of the skin.

The Hyaluronic Acid recommended to be used is cold filtered from white algae.

HLA cosmetic grade minimum is a white powder that forms a clear gel. It’s produced created from a fermented algae
Description: hyaluronate is a natural polysaccharide or large sugar molecule, that occurs in various tissues of the skin, synovial fluids of joints, and connective tissues. It ranges from being colourless to a light yellowish colour when created into a serum or gel form.

A mixture of 3% Hyaluronic Acid creates a gel-like product, but if you prefer a serum-like product you need a 2% Hyaluronic Acid product created.

Using a compound chemist to create a pure Hyaluronic Acid serum or gel involves the using of fewer preservatives, however, the product will only last around 3-6 months due to fewer preservatives being used. Store-bought products have a longer shelf life due to them containing many preservatives, and also contain more chemicals in order to create more volume and give the products a smoother feel, (if they are a serum) or creamier feel, (if they are a face cream). Fragrances are also used in store-bought products in order to appeal to your senses and make you like the products more.

Beware of the overuse of Carbomer!

Carbomer is a gelling agent used by chemists in order to create skincare products and create bulk/volume in Hyaluronic Acid serums or gels. The less HLA, (Hyaluronic Acid) that is is used, the more Carbomer will be needed. If too much Carbomer is used a reaction will result and make the product created an amber colour, letting you know that the product does not contain a high level of Hyaluronic Acid.

Always keep in mind the fewer chemicals that are added the better as far as absorption and resulting hydration of the skin cells.

Apply the high strength serum or gel created onto damp skin to gain the highest possible hydration to the skin cells, gliding a  Microcurrent device over the top of the skin directly after application in order to improve absorption and raise ATP levels.

If you are not using a Microcurrent device than it will be of benefit to also have a vitamin C serum created by your compound chemist. Vitamin C is a very unstable product, so do not combine it with Hyaluronic acid. Use separate serums, using one Hyaluronic Acid serum or gel in the morning, and the vitamin C serum in the evening before bed.

Keep in mind a vitamin C serum does work to repair damage in the skin (like sun damage) but it can NOT compare with the effects of a Microcurrent device, which raises Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels by up to 500%. No skincare products can do this. Using a high-grade Microcurrent device every day and complementing it with a pure Hyaluronic serum or gel is what will allow you to get around purchasing any other anti-ageing products.
The picture of me above shows me months before turning 40. The skin of my face has been untouched by photoshop. I have changed the colour of the background of the picture, intensified the colour of my eyes and the pink of my hair, BUT I HAVE NOT NEEDED TO PHOTOSHOP MY SKIN IN ORDER TO IMPROVE ITS APPEARANCE due to it looking thick, healthy and youthful overall due to the treatments I provide and use myself personally.
I hope you take the power into your hands and use the knowledge included in this blog to stop spending money on skincare that will never get you the results you want and deserve!
