This is the third video in our series – showing Pilates exercises to release neck tension.

The exercise shared is an easy and very effective stretch to release and open up the chest area in order to have you standing taller. This stretch helps to release tension and pain in the upper shoulder and neck areas, as well as reverse the rounded shoulder and forward head position that sitting for long periods at a desk or in everyday life can cause.

Remember, in order to look truly youthful you need to make sure to take care of your body in order to move with fluidity and ease.
