This is the first video in our series – showing Pilates exercises to release neck tension 🙂

Watch as we show you an easy and very effective exercise to release the overworked and tight muscles at the front of the neck and strengthen and shorten the week and overly lengthened (due to an improper forward head position) muscles at the back of the neck. This stretch helps to release tension and pain and reverse the rounded shoulder and forward head position that sitting for long periods at a desk or everyday life can cause.

Remember, in order to look truly youthful you need to make sure to take care of your body in order to move with fluidity and ease.
